1. Due to the nature of the items and services offered thru Scraps 'A' Life All sales are final and NO Refunds or credits will be issued for any reason!



2. All customers of Scraps 'A' Life understand that Featured Crafters Policies may vary and that any items ordered thru them ARE NOT the responsibility of Scraps 'A' Life and that neither Scraps 'A' Life nor Miranda McCulley will be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by any Featured Crafter.



3. All customers further understand that when placing custom orders a 50% down payment is required for all orders to be created by Scraps 'A' Life or Miranda McCulley - I will not begin work on your order till the down payment is received and cleared. Featured Crafters must be contacted privately to learn their policies for custom work if not stated on their page.



4. Paypal is the preferred method of payment for Scraps 'A' Life orders and the cart is set-up to reflect this. If you prefer to pay by money order please submit the order form for offline payments and I will contact with full details on how to proceed.



5. ALL orders must be paid in full prior to shipment of your order. Pre Made orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed unless you make other arrangements with me. For custom orders see #3.



6. Shipping is currently thru the USPS and I will gladly ship to APO boxes and other military addresses. If you wish to have an item shipped to a military or APO address please contact me privately as I offer special shipping rates and services for these shipments. All orders shipped with in the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees which are based on the items ordered. 7. Customers understand that if they are mailing pictures to me - Miranda McCulley / Scraps 'A' Life - that I am not to be held responsible for any damages, losses or, dissatisfaction with the handling of said photos or mementos. Any items sent to be included on scrapbook pages or paper crafts may be cropped, pierced, colored or otherwise altered to enhance the look of the project. This is part of the creative process and unless the customer specificallyasks me not to alter in any way the photos that the use of any altering methods is not considered damage to the photos.



8. Customers understand that the utmost care and attention will be give to process, completing and shipping their order in a timely manner. Pre made's generally ship with-in 2 days of payment for the order being received. Custom orders ship with in 2 days of final payment being received upon completion of your order.



9. Customers placing customer orders MUST complete and electronically submit a Client Agreement which covers the exact project details, cost and est. time of completion. This applies to those ordering directly from Scraps 'A' Life and not any Featured Crafter - they will each have their own policies!



10. Customer Orders not completed within 5 days of the estimated completion date stated on the Client Agreement will receive a 10% discount off the remaining balance of the order upon completion and FREE shipping.
